Trapunto Paws

Add style and interest to the bears you create by using trapunto quilting! Australian bear designer Joan Farrelly will take you step-by-step through this simple method of creating paw pads.

This is the paw of the Polar Bear designed by Jennifer Laing. I have used trapunto paws for this bear.

This is a mini class teaching only the trapunto-quilted paw method, and you will need your own bear pattern to work with. Joan recommends using a pattern for a bear over 12" tall. If you have any questions about whether the bear pattern you are using will work, just ask!
